Delivery of New Personal Documents via DHL
Citizens wishing to expedite the delivery of documents prepared by the Ministry of Interior can use DHL courier services under the following conditions:
1. Prior to submitting an application at the consular office, the due amount of 44.70 euros should be paid via bank transfer to the account of DHL - Bulgaria:

2. In the payment order, the following must be specified:

Toronto - (the name of the city where the Consulate General is located and where the already prepared personal document is to be received);

Note: The delivery time does not include the time for the preparation of the new documents by the Ministry of Interior and their receipt at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
