The Consulate General of the Republic of Bulgaria in Toronto informs Bulgarian citizens residing in Canada that the online application to vote at a polling station abroad is now available for the upcoming elections for President and Vice President of the Republic of Bulgaria, which will take place on October 25, 2026.

We invite all Bulgarian citizens who wish to exercise their right to vote in Canada to submit an application to vote at the polling station of their choice.
Submitting an application is an important step in organizing the election process abroad.

We encourage Bulgarian citizens in Canada to take advantage of the opportunity to declare in advance their intention to vote.
Valid Bulgarian identification documents are required.
If you have applied for new Bulgarian identification documents, you must provide a passport-size photo to the Consulate General in Toronto. You will then be issued a certificate that will allow you to vote.
