Българска народна музика и танци изпълниха въздуха на сградата на общината в град Виктория, Британкса Колумбия.

 The Bulgarian community in Victoria, together with the Bulgarian-Canadian Society of BC and the Consulate General of Bulgaria in Toronto, hosted the Days of Bulgaria at Victoria City Hall last Sunday.

Highlighting the city of Plovdiv — Bulgaria’s second-largest city and the oldest continuously inhabited city in Europe — the event attracted a large audience of friends of Bulgaria from thousands of kilometers away.

The local folk dance ensemble Biala Roza was joined by Ensemble Kitka from Vancouver for a vibrant and energetic dance performance. Guests also enjoyed exploring an exhibition dedicated to the history of the Bulgarian Cyrillic alphabet.

The enthusiastic crowd eagerly joined in a traditional Bulgarian folk dance and sampled delicious Bulgarian cuisine.
